Harvest 2010

Just a few days after St. Martin's day (11.11) fermentations have finished. The 2010 wines are refining on yeasts, some in steel, others in wood.

One will have to wait about 7 months to taste them for the first time.

You need patience, but they will surely surprise you. 

2010 was a classical vintage for Friuli, very similar to those of 20 years ago or more.

Wines are going to be savoury, fresh and aromatic, this I can already assure you.
